The Cuyahoga Land Bank inspects each property before it is transferred into its inventory. This inspection evaluates all major mechanical systems such as furnace, electrical and plumbing as well as driveways, garages, porches, walls, ceiling, kitchens, bathrooms and roofs using a standardized form called “The Level 1”. Data and pictures from the Level 1 are reviewed by a team of Cuyahoga Land Bank staff members to determine whether the property is a candidate for demolition or renovation.
