The Cuyahoga Land Bank owns vacant lots throughout Cleveland and Cuyahoga County, often the result of recent demolitions. After demolition, vacant lots are transferred to municipal land banks or non profit organizations.
However, lots may also be made available to adjacent homeowners interested in purchasing the property through our Side Lot program.
