Since our inception in 2009, the Cuyahoga Land Bank has acquired 1009 properties from tax foreclosure, making it our largest vacant property pipeline. Many of these properties have been acquired as a result of legislation allowing for an expedited tax foreclosure process with the Cuyahoga County Board of Revision.
